Clos du Val d'Eleon
Riesling and Pinot Gris planted together magnify the character of this blue-gray Villé schist terroir. This tradition handed down by our ancestors reinforces the unique expression of this fine, mineral gastronomic wine, with a straight and sharp palate.

This vineyard, planted on a blue-gray Villé schist terroir, has never been treated with any kind of chemical product. It’s located on south-east facing terraces. This unique rock, the oldest in Alsace, over 500 million years, gives this Riesling a high purity and minerality with aromas of gun flint.
