This ferruginous and clay soil, stony and rich in quartz, allows the Gewurztraminer fully express the perfect harmony between the soil and the grape variety. It’s an elegant wine, with roses aromas, on a delicate freshness.

Kritt Klevner

This ferruginous and clay soil, stony and rich in quartz, allows in great vintages of Pinot Auxerrois to be harvested late, so that the grapes reach a full ripeness. It’s an explosive wine, full of candied fruit notes, which seduces by its roundness.
